Take A Look Inside

A walk through what the course is, what's in it, and how it fits together.

The Ultimate ACL Course

ACL Rehab Needs
To Change

Around one in four young athletes who return to sport after an ACL injury go on to suffer a second one. And the ones who do get back to their pre-injury level are often still feeling the effects three years later.

We see the same thing coming through the door every week. Botched rehabs. Re-ruptures. Athletes cleared to return who are still running with swollen knees and limping gaits.

And the line we hear more than any other, from athletes who have already been signed off by someone competent:

"I got cleared. But I knew it wasn't right."

That's a failure of process, not a failure of effort. Everybody involved was working hard.

The Ultimate ACL Course

Knowing The Error And Knowing What To Do Are Two Different Things.

On our webinar we went through the eight errors we see most often when an ACL rehab fails or stalls, where each one shows up, and what underpins them. An hour is enough to show you the errors. It isn't enough to hand over the systems that stops them happening.

That's where the Ultimate ACL course comes in. Giving you the tools, frameworks and decision-making to deal with the athlete in front of you. The one who's numbers look fine, who's technically passed the tests, but you know something isn't right.

The Ultimate ACL Course

This Is For Practitioners

S&C coaches, physios and rehab specialists who work with ACLs and know their current approach has gaps. If you've ever cleared an athlete and quietly hoped (rather than known) you were right, this is built for you.

It's just as much for the practitioner who is yet to rehab one. ACL injury rates haven't declined in 20 years, you'll get handed one of these eventually. The difference between a good first ACL rehab and a bad one is almost entirely whether you had a system before the athlete walked in, or built one while they were in front of you.

It Isn't For Everyone.

It isn't for athletes rehabbing their own knee. It's deep in programming, testing thresholds and clinical decision-making, and it doesn't slow down to explain the basics.

And if you're rehabbing ACLs regularly and your outcomes are already where you want them, genuinely rather than hopefully, then save your money. This is for people who keep arriving at the same two or three moments in every rehab where they're guessing.

Before You Buy

Is it worth £999?

If you're rehabbing ACLs regularly and your outcomes are where you want them, no. Keep doing what you're doing.

What we hear from most people is different. They've got the principles, they've read the book, and they still hit the same two or three moments in every rehab where they're guessing. Almost always the progression calls. When to load. When to hold. What to do when an athlete has passed the test and you know it isn't right. This is the answer to those. Whether that's worth £999 depends on how many ACLs you'll see in the next ten years, not just this one.

How long do I get access for?

Forever. No time limits. No expiry dates. A system that you can keep referring back to for as long as you need to.

Do I need to have read the e-book or watched the workshop?

No. The course is complete on its own. The book gives you the frameworks and the workshop showed you where rehabs go wrong. This is the system underneath both of them, so if you've had either, you'll recognise where it fits. If you've had neither, you're not starting behind.

I don't work with elite athletes. Is it still relevant?

Yes. The decisions don't change with the level. The athlete's knee doesn't know what division they play in. What changes is the resource you have around you, and if anything that makes a system more useful, not less. When you haven't got a surgeon, a physio and a performance team to share the call with, the call is yours.

What if I've already got a protocol I follow?

Most people buying this have. The gap is rarely the protocol. It's what the protocol doesn't provide, the systems and decision-making beyond the tick-boxes.

Why is it £999 this week?

Because we ran the workshop on the 23rd and this is for the people who were there, or who watched the replay. It's £1,249 the rest of the year, and it goes back to £1,249 at 11:59pm on Wednesday 30th September.

I've got a question that isn't here.

Email info@elevatespeedrehab.com and it comes to Al. If it's a "should I buy this" question, he'd rather answer it than have you buy the wrong thing.
