1 in 4 young athletes who return to sport following ACL injury go on to suffer a second one. Our mission is to change that, and in order to achieve it, we need you.

We've teamed up with Simon Harries, a world-leading specialist in ACL rehabilitation, and, with a combined 30+ years of experience working with ACL re-injured athletes, we've identified the common themes that pop-up time and time again when ACL rehab fails.

On the 23rd we're walking you through them, live, so you can avoid them and help shift the global landscape of ACL rehab for the better.

The Ultimate ACL Workshop

What We'reCovering

The most common errors we see in ACL rehab, in three phases.

Every ACL-injured athlete that walks through the door has a story to tell, and, like all stories, they have a beginning, a middle and an end. In almost every single failed rehab we see, there has been a rehab error somewhere along that journey…

Phase 1 — A Bad Start

Decisions made in the first few weeks that quietly cap everything that follows.

Phase 2 — A Bad Middle

Progress that looks like progress on paper, and isn't.

Phase 3 — A Bad End

An athlete who passes every test and still isn't ready.

The Ultimate ACL Workshop

What You'll Leave With

  • 01The 8 most common errors we see in rehab processes that have failed or stalled.
  • 02The systems, frameworks and protocols we use to avoid & address them.
  • 03The key objective information that underpins our ACL rehab approach.

Armed with this knowledge, you'll come away feeling more confident to tackle any ACL injury rehab - understanding what issues to look out for and knowing how to deal with them.

This Is For
Practitioners

S&C coaches, physios and rehab specialists who work with ACL injuries and want to improve their rehab outcomes. If you've ever cleared an athlete and quietly hoped you were right, you'll get something out of this.
