The Dan Norton powered by Speedworks camps are back by popular demand!

These specialist camps will help develop your acceleration, max speed and agility with the Speedworks Team before Dan Norton, all time leading try scorer on the international 7s circuit, takes you through his secret drills to develop world beating evasion and rugby skills that matter. We’ll finish the day with a fun 7s competition designed to test your new skills and review them so athletes leave with clear work ons and objectives to become better than ever.

The day will run from 11-3pm on Saturday 15th April.
