Each individual programme contains;
– DAILY SUMMARIES (Every session will be introduced daily, giving the athlete all relevant information on what the day will include and the rationale behind it’s inclusion – we believe an educated athlete is a more competent athlete!)
– WEEKLY PROGRESSION POINTS (Each week will begin with a reminder and recap of the Speedworks Rehab rules of thumb. These rules will guide and help you to make expert level decisions on whether it is appropriate to progress to the next session and/or week of training).
– PROGRESSIVE TRAINING MENU (All exercises have been expertly selected and tried and tested on hundreds of developmental and professional athletes).
– SPECIFIC INJURY TESTS (Each programme consists of specific special tests that will determine if you are prepared to return to key milestones such as return to running and return to speed and agility).
– SPEED BASED APPROACH (Each programme consists of a conditioning programme that not only makes you fitter, but makes you faster too!)
